Platelet Rich Plasma (PRP) Therapy in Huntersville, Charlotte, NC, & Fort Mill, SC

Platelet-rich plasma (PRP) therapy is an innovative, non-surgical approach to pain management, used in the treatment of most sports injuries and other musculoskeletal conditions. It is a type of regenerative medicine that provides fast, effective, and long-lasting relief from pain and discomfort.

At Advanced Sports & Spine, we offer stem cell and PRP therapy in Huntersville, Charlotte, NC, and Fort Mill, SC, for joint, spine, and tendon pain, lower back pain, herniated discs, sciatica, neck pain, sports injuries, and other musculoskeletal conditions. These procedures repair damaged tissues and optimize healing to improve mobility and functionality.

PRP therapy uses a concentrated portion of your own blood, which is rich in platelets and growth factors. When injected, these growth factors jumpstart the healing process by attracting your body’s natural reparative cells to the injured area. This accelerates tissue repair and helps to reduce pain.
